If your service provider has used your email address as an administrator for your venues moodi box, you will receive occasional corrospondance from us.

If you do not wish to receive emails from us, please either contact your service provider or email us from the email address to [email protected].

moodi will email you:

• Important news regarding significant changes, i.e, national news.
• Changes to your subscription.
• Faults with your equipment.

moodi won’t ever send you:

• Marketing (your service provder will send marketing, we don’t market directly)
• Password reset or account change emails (your service provider will have their own way of measuring this)
• Complaint corrospondances (your service provider handles the programming and complaints of your box)
